Role Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute our sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic marketing, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in data analysis, market research, and utilizing CRM software to drive sales and marketing efforts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization and with external partners.

Employment Details:

  • Duration/Salary/Rate of Pay: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary range of $65,280.00 to $80,280.00 annually.
